Actor Ram Charan met Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in Mysore on Sunday. The actor was in the city for the shooting of his upcoming film 'Peddi'.

The Allu family is mourning the loss of Allu Kanakaratnam, mother of producer Allu Aravind and grandmother of actor Allu Arjun, who passed away at 94. Celebrities including Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, and Naga Chaitanya offered condolences. Pawan Kalyan, despite his political duties, paid a late-night visit. Allu Arjun and family members acted as pallbearers.

Allu Kanaka Ratnamma Garu, the wife of legendary Telugu actor Allu Ramalingaiah and grandmother of Allu Arjun, has passed away at the age of 94 due to age-related illnesses. Her last rites are scheduled to be performed in Kokapet, with family members, relatives, and film fraternity expected to attend.

Allu Arjun returned to Hyderabad from Mumbai following the demise of his grandmother, Allu Kanaka Ratnamma. He was seen at the Allu residence, joined by numerous Telugu film personalities offering condolences. Megastar Chiranjeevi and Allu Arjun shared an emotional moment. Director Trivikram Srinivas and producer Naga Vamsi were also present.

Tollywood star Ram Charan’s wife, entrepreneur and philanthropist Upasana Konidela, took to Instagram to share her idea of a ‘Khas Aadmi Party’, reflecting on what truly makes a person ‘khaas’ (special). In her note, Upasana stressed that self-worth, resilience, and kindness matter more than wealth, status, or fame.
