Indian cricket legend Sunil Gavaskar presented a special gift to current captain Shubman Gill following the conclusion of the third day's play in the fifth Test against England in London. The gesture came after Gill concluded an outstanding series, falling just 20 runs short of Gavaskar's own long-standing record for the most runs by an Indian batter in a single Test series. Gavaskar's record stands at 774 runs, while Gill finished with 754 after being dismissed for 11 runs by a Gus Atkinson delivery.
