Kiran Powar has been appointed head coach of the West Zone team for the Duleep Trophy tournament, to be held in Bengaluru from August 28.
"The team will be led by a highly experienced and skilled group of professionals dedicated to ensuring the players are in peak condition for the prestigious domestic competition," West Zone convenor Abhay Hadap said in a release.
"This diverse team of specialists brings a wealth of knowledge in sports science, physical conditioning, and strategic analysis. Their collective expertise is expected to provide comprehensive support to the West Zone squad throughout the tournament as they aim for victory," he added.
